These are a lot tastier than the average lentil, much easier and a whole load quicker to make. And they keep their shape and texture when cooked. They are really, really good. “Puy” refers to the part of South-Central France where these are grown (the full name is “Le Puy-en-Velay”).
This ready-to-eat, canned version of our Puy Lentils makes them so easy and convenient to use.

They come soaked in brine, so all you have to do is drain and serve. Puy Lentils have a unique peppery flavour, and they work really well in hot and cold dishes, including salads, soups and stews.
